What does it take for people to slow down these days? It seems that we all race around day-in-day-out getting kids to school, jamming to work, deleting emails, meeting dead lines, traffic, finally making it to bed around 11PM and doing all over again.
That lifestyle everyday is a one way road to an overstressed body and deterring health. So for the sake of having as much fun as possible on Father’s Day and every other day, we need to learn how to balance our lives. By balancing our lifestyle we’ll enjoy vibrant health, time with our children, and living life like it should, having fun.
I’ve learned a lot about health over the last two years and will share what I’ve learned about alkaline ionized water as well as alkaline diets at this weekend’s water clinic with Drs. Presnick Saturday 10am.

Then for Dad’s Day it’s off to Martinez Chamber King of the County, BBQ and Music Festival. We love BBQ, live music, being out side, checking out 1951 Chevy’s and running around with the kids.
